Welcome to the Lincoln Footprints walking and social group website. We are a friendly welcoming group who meet regularly for social and outdoor activities. We organise walks, weekend trips, restaurant evenings etc.

As an affiliated group we offer a number of trips staying at YHA hostels. The YHA offer cheap basic accommodation at some fantastic locations.
The YHA is open to individuals of all ages and is a great way to see new places with like minded folk. There is usually both self catering and B&B available.

The group also runs trips staying at Shearings hotels which offer more conventional B&B type accommodation

The trips are primarily in the UK - Peak District, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Moors, Scotland etc

We also do day walks - usually between 5 and 10 miles, often in the Peak District or the Lincolnshire Wolds and in the summer there are evening strolls with a pub at the end.

Of course we have a social side too and we regularly meet for a meal and a natter.

There is a regular monthly club night at the Unison club in Lincoln which is our opportunity to plan forthcoming events.
