Sleaford U3A, with a membership of more than 300, serves Sleaford and the surrounding villages. It is a friendly, relaxed group of like-minded people and gives its members the opportunity to share educational, creative and leisure pursuits.
Activities are based in small interest groups that meet regularly, often in members' homes, and usually during daylight hours.
Noticeboards are maintained in Sleaford and Ruskington Libraries and news articles appear in local newspapers.
Branch Meetings
Regular Branch Meetings are held at Great Hale Village Hall at 2pm on the last Wednesday of every other month. A guest speaker is usually invited to each meeting with talks on a wide variety of subjects.
Social Events
Social events and outings to places of special interest take place throughout the year - often on a coach to save on driving. These can be to the theatre, historic buildings, cathedrals and heritage locations.
Newsletter
To keep everyone up to date with the latest information, a newsletter is produced to coincide with Branch Meetings. It contains news from all the groups, notices of forthcoming activities, outings and updates from the Committee.
Regular Coffee Mornings
These are held at The Mallards Hotel on Eastgate, Sleaford every Wednesday morning from 10.30am until noon except for Branch Meeting days.

How to Join
Annual membership costs £10 per person, which gives access to any of the group activities and includes the regular newsletter.
