Our next public event - Threekingham Medieval Day, Saturday 4th September.

Just off the A52 at Threekingham. NG34 0AY

Welcome to The Knights of Skirbeck. We are a medieval re-enactment society offering a unique brand of Living History and Entertainment.

Our society is a non profit orgainsation that exists to reconstruct and re-enact late medieval life, chiefly during the reign of Henry Bolingbroke (Henry IV 1399-1413)

We do this through story telling and first person living history - the language is modern, but the attitudes and opinions are planted firmly in the middle ages!

Our displays and demonstrations include; food/cookery, flour making, clothes, games, crafts, a wise woman & her remedies, armour, weapons and combat.

Visitors to our encampment of authentically styled & set out tents, are encouraged to try on armour, handle the weapons and try out medieval games. As you'll see from the pictures, we do not rope off our encampment, where safe to do so, all areas are accessible to visitors - including inside the display tents.

We are available for shows, fetes, weddings etc. We can provide a guard of honour at your wedding, a medieval encampment as a backdrop for your photos, and even a combat display to make your special day even more memorable! Or even if you just need a Medieval Knight or two for an event!
Most members are also available film & tv work.

New Members always welcome - just give us a call, send an email or make yourself known to Sir Bryan at any of our events.

The Knights of Skirbeck are proud to be members of The Early Medieval Alliance (E.M.A.)
The E.M.A. is an umbrella organisation for independent, medieval re-enactment groups, chiefly representing the period from the twelfth to the fifteenth centuries.
