Honey and Oat Biscuit recipe

(21st. Century version)

INGREDIENTS

250g self raising flour

250g oats

200g sugar

200g margarine

2tbs honey

2tbs boiling water

METHOD

Pre heat oven to gas mk4 /350f/150c

Mix flour, oats & sugar

Melt margarine & honey,

Add boiling water to margarine & honey

Add liquid to flour, oats & sugar, mix thoroughly

Roll into balls & flatten

Bake on a tray for 7-10 minutes
