Deeping Screen was formed in October 2008 to show main stream films once a month in the local community.

At the moment we hire space at the local comprehensive school which has its own projector, screen and sound equipment.

The films we show are usually fairly new releases available to hire after the main stream cinemas have shown them, but before they hit the
high street DVD shops.  Recent films include: The Young Victoria, The Boy in the Stripped Pyjamas, Slumdog Millionaire, Quantum of Solace, and Changeling.  We finish the year in November with Last Chance Harvey.

We have now got our own equipment i.e. Projector, Large Screen, Audio system, DVD player and will be moving to a new venue in March 2010.
