Thursday, 23th September 2010 : Hannah James and Sam Sweeney

Well known for their playing, since 2002, with Kerfuffle, Hannah and Sam have been playing together for about eight years, but formed their own duo in 2008.

In August 2009 they released their long awaited debut album 'Catches and Glees' which explores mainly English Traditional songs and tunes with accordion, fiddle, Vocals and Clog Dancing.

Hannah also clog dances with The Demon Barber Roadshow

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sam also plays fiddle and bagpipes with Bellowhead, Jon Bowden's Remnant Kings and with Fay Heild.

 

 

 

 

 

As two members of Kerfuffle, Hannah and Sam have been to the Barn on a number of occasions. However, it was announced on 21st March 2010, that Kerfuffle would disband later this year.
